mountain bike liveries
The New Inn at Appletreewick has been a mountain bike mecca for years. The pub has a mountain bike livery equipped with everything you could need including tools, stands, somewhere to change and a wash down area. You and your bike are well cared for, and the landlord, Jon Pitcher, is a font of knowledge of the local trails.
A new project aims to equip a series of other pubs in the Dales with a mountain bike livery to the same high standards. You can be assured of top quality accommodation, food, beer and bike security, as well as advice and information.
Each pub will be picked to be in one of the Dales’ top spots for biking. This means that after you get there you can leave the car and do great rides direct from the door each day.
Watch the news section for new venues as they come on stream.
